General Policy

Hygiene and Personal Care Products: Due to the nature of our products being personal care items, hygiene is a top priority. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been used or worn, except in cases of manufacturing defects. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

Returns and Replacements

Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team immediately within 24 hrs after receiving your order. We will gladly replace the defective product or issue a refund, as per your preference. Manufacturing defects include issues with the frame, lenses, or any part of the eyewear that impair its intended use.

1-Year Warranty: All our sunglasses come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues within this period, please reach out to our customer service team. We will either replace the defective product or provide a full refund.This warranty covers defects such as lens defects.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email our customer service team at admin@sasaeyewear.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Carefully package the product and ship it back to us using the provided instructions. Ensure you include the return authorization number.
  4. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the product, our quality control team will inspect it. If the defect is confirmed, we will process your replacement or refund within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Hygiene Reasons: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been worn, used, or are not in their original condition unless they are defective. This includes:

  • Eyewear that shows signs of use or wear.
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.

Refunds
