Domestic Shipping (India)

SASA Eye Wear delivers to selected cities across India. To check if we deliver to your pincode, please use the pincode checker available on the shopping cart checkout page. If courier services are not available in your area, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

International Shipping

We provide international delivery to the following countries:

  • Australia
  • Singapore
  • UAE
  • UK
  • USA

Note: Currently, we do not support delivering a single order to multiple destinations. If you need delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Domestic Orders:

  • We charge a maximum of INR 60/- for shipping within India.

International Orders:

  • For orders shipped outside India, the customer is responsible for shipping & handling charges, plus any applicable duties at the destination.

Custom Clearance

All shipments of sunglasses exported from India must be cleared by the Indian Customs office. Products, along with complete documentation, are submitted to the authorized officer of the Indian Customs office for inspection, examination, and assessment before being delivered to your shipping address. Therefore, please disregard any messages on the package stating, "Please do not accept if the package is received in Open/Tampered condition." The package will be sealed with a label stating "Opened for Customs."

Note: For international orders, customers must pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Additionally, any customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country must be borne by the customer and paid to the logistics partner at the time of delivery. All consignments are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Delivery Times

Domestic Orders:

  • Delivery typically takes 5-7 working days from the day of order confirmation within India, provided there are no delays due to government authorities or other entities acting on behalf of the government. If the delivery period exceeds the stipulated time, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be notified. Refunds will be processed directly to the customer's bank account using the same payment method.

Important Note: If you provide an office address for delivery, please include department details, employee number, and direct landline numbers to prevent any delivery issues. For verification purposes, please have one of the following identity cards ready:

  • Pan Card
  • Driving License
  • Passport
  • Voter Identification Card
  • Unique Identification Card (Aadhaar)

International Orders:

  • Delivery usually takes 7-21 working days from the day of order confirmation, provided there are no delays due to government authorities or other entities acting on behalf of the government. If we are unable to deliver within the stipulated period, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be notified. Refunds will be processed directly to your account using the same payment method.

Note: The recipient must produce a passport or driving license for receiving the delivery.
